- Respect the Course: Treat the course and its surroundings with care. Avoid damaging vegetation, littering, or disrupting wildlife.
- Throwing Order: The player with the least number of throws on the previous hole throws first on the next hole (honors). Players then take turns throwing based on the distance from the basket.
- Completion of Hole: A hole is completed when the disc lands in the basket or chains. Count the number of throws it takes to complete the hole (strokes).
- Fair Play: Play with honesty and integrity. Announce your score after each hole and respect the rules of the game.
- Safety: Be mindful of other players and spectators. Wait until others are out of range before throwing, and avoid distractions that could affect other players' throws.
- Scoring: Keep track of your score accurately throughout the round. The player with the lowest total score at the end of all holes is the winner.
